New York City's LDV Hospitality group is to open it's first resturant outside of the US later this year with the lauch of Sette in Knightsbridge.
Based on LDV's contemporary Italian concept Scarpetta, which is currently operates in several locations across the US, Sette will be housed on the ground floor of the Bugari Hotel but will operate independently.
Pastas and breads will be made inhouse daily, and dishes will include yellowtail and tuna suci; veal tenderion with gnocchi alla romana and glazed sweetbreads; and spaghetti with tomato and basil.
As well as the resturant. there will also be an 'underground' bar downstairs named Nolita Social, which promises to 'bring the energy of the New York night to London'.

"Settle will follow this core ethos of our Scarpetta idenity, capturing a quintessential New York balance of high energy and effortless elegance."
LDV Hospitality was founded in 2008 and operates a number of brands in the US including American Cut Steakhouse, Dolce Italian and The Regent Cocktail Club.
